Here are a selection of tunes arranged by Julie Giroux from all of our favorite holiday specials. Music from How the Grinch Who Stole Christmas cartoon, Frosty the Snowman, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer. I'm not exactly sure of the publishing status of this music. I believe we got it directly from the arranger and it isn't officially released to the public.
This piece is tricky with the normal mine fields of medley key changes exacerbated by rapid tempo changes. After a few run throughs it lays down pretty good though and is well orchestrated. I got a reasonably good take without too much effort that only had a few bobbled/chipped notes and a messed up ritardando. Always tough to do without a conductor when you are going by memory of what the recording does.
